Suranne Jones
Sarah Anne Jones, better well-known as Suranne Jones, is an actress and producer of England. Her fame has been built by acting as Ruth Slater in the miniseries "Unforgiven," as Detective Rachel Bailey in the police procedural drama 'Scott & Bailey as well as GP Gemma Foster in the medical drama "Doctor Foster". Originally from Chadderton, Greater Manchester, Jones has joined The Oldham Theatre Workshop and received her BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts at the Oldham Theatre Workshop. As a part of a stage production called Wait Until Dark, she performed the role of Gloria aged eight. Her first appearance on screen in 1997 as the character of a show called in the show "Coronation Street". In 2000 she played Karen McDonald in the series. Following the departure of ITV's soap operas, she played a range of roles in TV shows like "Vincent" The 'Strictly Confidential", and Harley Street. In movies like "Broken Hearts," A Christmas Star', A Christmas Star, as well as a Love and a Long Shot she was cast in several parts.
